What is Elemental Healing Mists?

The Essential Oils is chosen to enhance the remedy by allowing us to easily receive the healing, activating all our senses. I've incorporated lots of fibre to keep you feeling full and your digestion on point. Weeknight dinners are insanely quick, and breakfasts are prepped ahead for busy mornings. Leftovers are repurposed for simple and delicious lunches. The meal plan options are what’s called flexitarian, a little bit of meat and eggs over the span of a week but not every day. Or pescatarian, fish being the only meat or skip the meat all together and go plant based with my vegan-friendly meal plan.
