An ideal follow-up session takes place 4-6 weeks after your Deep Dive, where you'll receive a detailed health plan tailored just for you. Most clients thrive with 2-3 follow-ups, gaining the clarity and reassurance needed before transitioning to the maintenance phase of their wellness journey. During this phase, I recommend we reconnect every 6-12 months to celebrate your progress, review blood work, make any necessary adjustments, and address any ongoing concerns.
