Start conception care with a blood test and a detox
It's important to check your health prior to conception. A great place to start would be a blood test:
B12
Folate
Iron
Hb1aC
Vitamin D
Full blood count
Liver enzymes and electrolytes
Thyroid (TSH, T3 and T4)
Additional testing
Essential fatty acid
Iodine
Hormones such as FSH, LH, progesterone
AMH is worried about egg count.
Once you have the results you can email them to me for a blood test interpretation. Super is a simple and cost-effective way to make sure you have sufficient nutrients to conceive and grow a happy healthy baby.
Whilst you wait for the results why not consider a detox to clear the toxic load carried in your body. This can reduce your chances of having morning sickness and increase the health of your pregnancy and baby.
Babies are now born with hundreds of chemicals already stored in their bodies.
What a disturbing fact!
Both men and women can be exposed to chemicals and other materials that may be detrimental to their reproductive health.
Whether it is in your workplace or as a hobby, using any kind of heavy metal or pesticide will likely result in some exposure, and possibly reduce fertility. For example, gardeners may be in contact with pesticides, crafters making jewellery, ceramics, and even stained glass may come in contact with lead; painters may also come in contact with lead-based paints. There are also consequences for working in factories that manufacture chemicals and heavy metals (1). For example, men working in agricultural regions and greenhouses which use pesticides have higher concentrations of common pesticides in their urine. They also have overall reduced semen quality and lowered sperm counts by as much as 60% (1). Studies have shown that men who work with these substances often experience indirect consequences with their female partner having longer and decreased implantation rates (1). Air quality also impacts fertility. Air pollution is the release of pollutants such as sulfur dioxides, carbon monoxide, nitrogen dioxide, particulate matter and ozone into the atmosphere. This may be from motor vehicle exhausts, industrial emissions, and the burning of coal and wood among other sources. Air pollution's negative reproductive side effects on women can include preterm delivery, miscarriage, stillbirth, spontaneous abortion, and fetal loss.
I could go on and on but my message is clear, detox before conception is so important if you want to grow a happy healthy baby. No matter how clean your diet and lifestyle are, we live in the modern world which is toxic.
